But aside from bridging the understanding gap behaviours need to work both ways (from colleagues working within data or otherwise), we need to be able to build an environment where we can navigate situations and make decisions – a workplace that understands importance of right behaviours and rates intelligence equally to emotional intelligence will be able to succeed in becoming data driven as it will have the right culture, values and behaviours. Whatever the sector or organisation industry we look at becoming data driven will soon be a given although a vital component of this would be to adopt the right values and behaviours.’
